This LMS will contain multiple leadership lessons for the 20-year-old entering the workplace, the 40-year-old assuming their first supervisory or mentorship role, and the 60-year-old who could be in a transitional phase, passing the leadership of their business to the next generation. WBGS is collaborating with two Midwest universities in the development of this LMS.
