This acquisition will further strengthen United Ag & Turf’s position as a premier John Deere dealer organization in Texas, Oklahoma, Arkansas, and New Mexico, with a total of 51 locations under its brand. United Ag & Turf offers the complete line of John Deere agricultural, commercial, residential, golf & sports turf equipment, certified John Deere parts and service for all product categories, and provides industry-leading support and solutions across all customer segments.

As part of the acquisition, United Ag & Turf will retain all Lawson Implement employees and continue to operate both locations in Hamilton and Goldthwaite, ensuring a seamless transition for customers.

The acquisition will include John Deere’s Golf & Turf contract, which allows United Ag & Turf to sell products such as Fairway Mowers, Riding Greens Mowers, Aertion Equipment, Turf Sprayers, and more.

This United Ag & Turf addition comes just weeks after the acquisition of Mustang Equipment in June 2022, and Fish & Still Equipment in July 2022. Along with expanding their footprint into their fourth state, New Mexico, United Ag & Turf will now have 40 locations to serve its expanding customer segments.

United Ag & Turf, now a 36 location John Deere dealership, headquartered in Bryan, Texas has completed the acquisition of Fish & Still Equipment, a John Deere Dealership, with locations in Nacogdoches, Marshall, Henderson, Crockett, and Lufkin, Texas. The acquisition of Fish & Still Equipment was completed on July 18, 2022.

The newly acquired locations continues to expand United Ag & Turf’s footprint, strengthening the ability to serve customers. “This acquisition continues with our strategy to provide preeminent parts, service, and equipment support and solutions to our customers through efficiency and scale, enabling better pricing and selection for our customers,” Brody Pettit, CEO, United Ag & Turf.

This addition comes less than two months after the acquisition of the John Deere organization, Mustang Equipment in Marble Falls, Bulverde, and San Antonio on June 1, 2022.
