Steel Tracks is a leading supplier of steel tracks and undercarriage parts for construction equipment. Steel Tracks also provides rubber tracks and ground engaging teeth for construction equipment. Steel Tracks has 2 locations with a warehouse and headquarters in Brandon, MS and a distribution center in Woodstock, OH.

With the addition of Steel Tracks, All States now operates 54 locations in North America including agriculture and construction equipment salvage yards, distribution centers, remanufacturing plants and customer service call centers. All States employs over 850 employees in the United States and Canada. All current Steel Tracks employees will be offered employment with All States.

Davidson has served as the president of All States for the past 17 months and will assume positions of Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and President. Davidson will be charged with the continued growth of All States through organic growth and acquisitions.

Davidson replaces John Dyke, as CEO. Dyke has been elevated to the position of Executive Chairman of the Board for All States. Dyke, whose family started All States Ag Parts nearly 25 years ago, has previously served in many roles at All States including recent positions of President and CEO. In addition to leading the board of directors, Dyke will continue to lead acquisition efforts.

All States Ag Parts is in an active growth mode, both through acquisitions and organic growth. All States has been the long-term leader in aftermarket, used and remanufactured parts for agricultural equipment. All States Ag Parts Buys Hoye Tractor Parts /shortliner/all-states-ag-parts-buys-hoye-tractor-parts/ Tue, 04 May 2021 19:37:04 +0000 /?p=13812 All States Ag Parts has acquired Hoye Tractor Parts, which specializes in new after-market and used parts for Yanmar tractors. Hoye is predominantly a web-based sales company.

All States Ag Parts operates 21 locations in North America, including 15 tractor, combine and construction equipment salvage yards. Hoye Tractor will be the 22nd North American location.

“Hoye Tractor Parts will add over 200,000 Yanmar after-market tractor parts to our product line along with a solid line of used Yanmar parts. This acquisition will tremendously improve our opportunity to serve that segment of our customer base as well as improving our service times in Texas,” said John Dyke, CEO of All States.

Aaron Murray will remain in place as the Hoye Tractor Parts manager during the transition of ownership. All other Hoye employees are being offered jobs with All States, and the business will continue to operate under the Hoye name in its Iowa Park, Texas, location.
