Before joining 21^st Century, he gained experience in the software development industry, the dealership said. This included 14 years with John Deere.

Keith Kreps has joined 21st Century Equipment as chief operating officer (COO). Kreps joins the Deere dealership group after 20-plus years of experience in agriculture dealerships across the U.S. He has been executive vice president in the U.S. for RDO Equipment Co. and its John Deere Agriculture and Irrigation Divisions for the past 16 years.

Kreps participated in a dealer panel at the Association’s 2018 fall convention.
