Make the Most of the Supply Summit & Showcase

This is it—the last Shortliner before we gather in Fort Myers. We’re expecting 220 executives for the meeting. The Supplier Showcase includes 47 exhibitor booths and is an outstanding opportunity to form new partnerships and strengthen existing ones. You’ll find a complete list of supplier exhibitors at FarmEquip.org/BoothMap.

New this year, we are featuring a Technology Track with educational sessions that will explore emerging technologies and how they’re transforming farm equipment design and manufacturing.

If you’ve already registered for the meeting—and we have your email address—you’ll receive an email from us this week that covers housekeeping matters.

If you haven’t registered yet, there’s still time to join and connect with fellow manufacturers, suppliers, and marketing members! Go to FarmEquip.org or call our office at (314) 878-2304.

Registration and Name Badges: The registration desk will be in the convention center next door to the Luminary Hotel. Association staff will be at the registration desk throughout the Summit to answer any questions you may have. A badge is required to attend any convention meetings, sessions, or social activities.

Maximize Your Time: The Summit brings together hundreds of representatives of companies in the specialized farm equipment industry. If there are specific people you want to meet, set up appointments as soon as possible. Don’t wait until you get to the convention to make initial contact. Use our registration list to reach out to potential business partners before the convention. To view the complete list of attendees, visit FarmEquip.org/SummitList25.

Room Reservations: If you need to adjust your hotel room reservation, please contact Tricia Kidd at (314) 878-2304 as there are several people on a waiting list. After Tuesday, April 1, hotel changes should be handled directly with the Luminary Hotel at (833) 918-1512.

Get Involved: The Association is always looking for members to serve on committees such as communications, education, membership, etc. These committees will meet at the Summit Tuesday through Thursday. If you’re interested in attending or want more information, contact Steve Hathaway, Executive Vice President, at Steve@FarmEquip.org.

Networking Opportunities: Supplier companies, in cooperation with the Association, host a series of casual gatherings including fishing, golf, a walk/run, and a musical farewell party. There’s also a Welcome Party and a First-Time Attendee Reception on Thursday, April 10.

Download the FEMA App: FEMA has an innovative app that can be used at both the meeting and throughout the year. Scan the QR code to download it and access member profiles, meeting schedules, farm show dates, booth details, and more.
