EMDA tells us that they’re rolling out a whole new look for this year’s Industry Showcase—no pipe and drape, just a sleek, open layout designed for easy flow and better visibility. A detailed event map will help guide attendees through the space so they can find you quickly and connect with ease. Enjoy complimentary hors d’oeuvres, a celebratory toast in honor of EMDA’s 80th Anniversary, and lively Vegas-style entertainment—including a showgirl and MC who will spotlight our amazing sponsors throughout the event!
Bring the Vegas energy—decorate your booth! EMDA encourages all exhibitors to join in the fun by decorating their booths with a Vegas theme. Think glitz, glam, dice, cards, lights—whatever says “Viva Las Vegas” to you! There may even be a prize or two for the most creative setup ??
This is your chance to network effortlessly, showcase your latest innovations, and join in exciting Vegas-themed giveaways, all in a vibrant, high-energy setting. Optional: You’re welcome to use your booth as a meeting spot or begin packing up for the day at your convenience during the showcase. What hasn’t changed? Your booth is still a 10×10 space and includes: One six-foot skirted table with a white vinyl top Two molded chairs An ID sign A wastebasket We can’t wait to see your creativity on display—let’s make this a night to remember!
